Hands and feet are removable, we have developed a unique system of fastening them on flat magnets. Thanks to this, the hands and feet are very easy to remove and hold tight while posing. The price of one doll includes one pair of hands and feet, additional pairs can be purchased separately.

As the doll parts are not hollow the doll has a nice weight to it.
Each doll comes with a passport signed by us, a branded box with the Popovy Sisters logo and a silk lodgement. 
The dolls released from 2020 have an individual number engraved by hand on the back of the head and it’s inscribed in the passport. It can be checked on the website under VERIFICATION section.
All dolls are casted in one of the best studios from high quality polyurethane with elite additives that prevent aging and color change processes.Dolls released before 2020 were casted with previous generation of polyurethane which had a different characteristics when slight color change on Ivory skin tone was possible over several years.
It is recommended to keep dolls away from heat sources and direct sunlight. To avoid stretching the elastic band, it is undesirable to leave the doll in a sitting position for a long time.

- Doll casting time varies depending on many factors. Making a blank doll is approximately 3-7 months. In some cases delays may occur. 
- Orders are sent by courier service BXB, once the parcel reach destination country it is being overtaken by other companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL.
- We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by transportation companies. 
- Shipping days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
- Recommendation: unpack in the presence of the courier or later record the process of unpacking on video. 
- If the damage occurred during the delivery period and it is confirmed either by a detailed video recording of unpacking or by a courier service report, we will provide a discount on the purchase of spare parts. 
- Shipping of spare parts is at the expense of the buyer.
- If the parcel is lost and it is confirmed by the courier service - we will give a discount for a second order.
- If the parcel is lost or damaged, refund is not possible.
- If the doll is sent to a third party, such as a makeup artist, we are not responsible for the shipment from him/her to you.
- Change of shipping address is possible at your own risk.
* In the last 8 years there have only been 2 cases of lost parcels. 1 of which was found.

- Payment options: Bank to Bank transfer, Stripe, Crypto currency.
- 10% money transfer fee is applied on top of the total cost.
- Installment payment is possible. In this case, the total cost is increased by 10%. We’ll be able to process the order once at least 50% of the total cost is covered.
- Cancellation of the order and refunds are not possible.
- Once the order is placed and paid, no changes can be made to it, please be careful and double check your order.
