-Our dolls, clothing and accessories are handmade, fine works of art, everything is limited edition, they take time to create and prepare for shipment.
Each order has a personalized approach.
Production time varies depending on the number of orders in front of you, for example a blank doll without makeup and body blushing takes approximately 3-7 months, sometimes can be longer.
Eyes may increase the waiting time.
Payment
- By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions of ordering and delivery listed on this page.
- After placing the order, the manager will contact you within 48 hours and clarify the method of payment.
- After this time, if you haven't received the reply, please check your spam folder and send an e-mail to popovy.sisters@gmail.com.
- Payment is possible by bank transfer, crypto or Stripe system.
- 10% money transfer fee is applied by our partners on top of the total price.
- Installment payment is possible. In this case, the amount, including delivery, increases by 10%. The initial payment is at least 50%.
- Cancellation of the order and refunds are impossible.
- Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made to it, please be careful.
* Changes to the delivery address are possible at your own risk.
Delivery
- Doll casting time varies depending on many factors. Making a blank doll is approximately 3-7 months. In some cases delays may occur.
- Orders are sent by courier service BXB, once the parcel reach destination country it is being overtaken by other companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL.
- We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by transportation companies.
- Shipping days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
- Recommendation: unpack in the presence of the courier or later record the process of unpacking on video.
- If the damage occurred during the delivery period and it is confirmed either by a detailed video recording of unpacking or by a courier service report, we will provide a discount on the purchase of spare parts.
- Shipping of spare parts is at the expense of the buyer.
- If the parcel is lost and it is confirmed by the courier service - we will give a discount for a second order.
- If the parcel is lost or damaged, refund is not possible.
- If the doll is sent to a third party, such as a makeup artist, we are not responsible for the shipment from him/her to you.
- Change of shipping address is possible at your own risk.
* In the last 8 years there have only been 2 cases of lost parcels. 1 of which was found.
